Facebook has bought Little Eye Labs, an Indian-based company


Social media giant Facebook has bought an Indian-based company known as Little Eye Labs. It is the inaugural start up that the social media network has acquired in India.


The Indian firm also verified its acquisition by Facebook yesterday. The firm launched its software for evaluation and improvement of Android application performance for designers in 2013. The terms of the agreement are still unknown. This tool is designed for Android platform.

Meanwhile, some details were published on the Little Eye Labs official website, as the startup stated that its whole staff will be shifting to Facebook’s headquarters. The Little Eye Labs employees eyes on utilizing its improvement tools to “assist optimize performance of [Facebook’s] already incredible apps.”

Little Eye Labs users won’t be abandoned yet. The startup added that it’ll tell its existing subscribers soon on its schemes to provide its enhancement program for free of cost until June 30, 2014.
