LG has launched its new Optimus L Series II smartphone, L5II in Brazil. LG last month announced its Optimus L Series II family of smartphones and L7II 4.3-inch smartphone arrived in Russia in February.The 4.0-inch L5II after Brazil will be rollout across Latin America, Asia,Europe and in the Middle East and Africa.
The LG L Series II family is the follow-up to its mid range of L Series.LG sold over 15 million units and it also backed up high-end devices like Optimus G Pro and Optimus G. The other smartphone in the line up is the 3.2-inch LG L3II.
The L7II smartphone of L Series II family is available both in single and dual SIM format. It is powered by Android Jelly Bean,with a 1 GHz single core processor, supported by 4 GB of memory and a good 5 megapixel camera. The device is available in colors of indigo black,pink,white and titan.
LG L Series II phones are equipped with LG’s usual bundle such as QSlide, QuickMemo, QuickTranslator, in addition to Quick Button, that is a new tool to allow users to personalize a quick launch of any application from the device quickly.
President and CEO of LG Mobile Dr. Jong-seok Park called the smartphone another great arrival among the devices in the premium 3G market.
There is no exact date available for launch of devices across other markets.LG earlier announced availability of L5II in Brazil followed by the single and dual SIM smartphone models launch in South and Central America, followed by new model arrival in Europe,Russia, Asia and in the Middle East and Africa.
