PTCL achieved ‘Customer service appreciation’ award


Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) achieved the ‘Customer service appreciation’ award in the telecom sector. The award was given to PTCL for providing best customer services at “Service Punch-2014” conference.


The conference was a joint venture of in collaboration with Pakistan Human Capital Forum, Service punch conference was attended by large number of company CEO’s, business heads, guests and delegates, belonging to customer services.

PTCL is Pakistan’s leading ICT service provider and received the award due to its tremendous track record in past in the field of telecom innovation and top line services in broadband sector.

 The survey was conducted by Active8, responded by some 5,000 respondents from society.
