PTCL and CBA Sign Agreement for employees benefit


Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), and CBA (Collective Bargaining Agent), has inked an agreement to extend various financial benefits to its employees, as well as additional EOBI pension benefits to safeguard employees post retirement life.

A ceremony was held at PTCL Headquarters and agreement was signed which was attended by senior members of the PTCL management as well as representatives of employees union.

Syed Mazhar Hussain SEVP (HR) PTCL termed the agreement as a landmark development in history of PTCL. He marked it, a key driver of the employee motivation. He said that this step will help in boosting morale of PTCL employees and invariably shall result in a better corporate performance.

Agreement between PTCL top management and its employees union is a great moment for every individual in the organization and is thus considered a monumental step for building a better and more trusting relationship between management and employees.

PTCL agreement will explore new horizons for its employees and will consequently increase mutual trust and confidence of employees which will positively impact their performance. PTCL has adopted an open door policy for its employees and current agreement would go a long way for development of PTCL employee friendly environment.
