Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has successfully deployed SunVizion Performance monitoring system for Suntech, a telecom service company.
PTCL is the country’s largest landline network with more than 2000 telephone exchange units operated within Pakistan.
SunVizion Network Performance Monitoring system will oversee the real-time monitoring of PTCL’s gigantic and complicated multi-technology telecommunications networks which will ensure quick tracking of any quality decline.
It also provides guidance in the fields of Fault Management and Revenue quality which ensures convenient network facility for Operation Centers, capacity planners, revenue record and executives.
Kamran Sharif, head of NOC at PTCL said that Suntech has provided us the facility which improved our network performance. “The real time signal processing will help us in tracking and fixing our network problems efficiently. It also helped us in providing the best available services to our valued customers. Beside these, the developed KPIs identified grey traffic routes which we have blocked effectively.”
