PTCL staff qualifies for Etisalat Group’s High Potential Development Program


PTCL cherished the overwhelming success of its exceptional talent, as 11 out of 15 its nominated staff has qualified for Etisalat Group’s High Potential Development Program.


These impressive performers with great leadership skills got selected for this phenomenal development program following a very tough competition and rigorous assessment tests in the supervision of renowned international consultants. Contestants from as many as 17 countries of Etisalat operations participated in this program.

Etisalat Group has launched a plethora of incredible initiatives and world-class programs in PTCL. Such activities are essentially making PTCL a progressive organization and enabling it practice precious contributions for raise the nation by providing unmatched grooming opportunities to the youth of Pakistan and leading the sequence of the national economy.

The Group High Potential (HiPos) is a brilliant program assisted by leading partners like Duke University Corporate Education, Informa Telecoms Academy and Harvard Manage Mentors to name a few.

The forum displays unparallel chances for training & development, networking skills, hands-on expertise of real business challenges and bright potential for foreign exposure via international tasks that provide an enhanced cross-functional experience for improvement of an advanced expertise set.

Previous year 4 employees of the PTCL’s talent hunt graduated from the program with honors, proving their excellence, which is no doubt a very strong indicator of the kind of exceptional talent available within the firm.

To acknowledge the PTCL staff qualified as Group HiPos and celebrate the top representation of the firm in this international platform, a ceremony was organized at PTCL HQs last month on 25th October.

Syed Mazhar Hussain, Chief Human Resources Officer, PTCL congratulated and praised the qualified members by saying that, “Employee development practices are a substantial and strategic investment that goes to enhanced productivity and satisfaction, expertise and development of a sequence channel.
