Japanese consumer electronics manufacturer Sony has joined hands with Brightex to sell the company’s latest smartphones in Pakistan, as per a recent report from MoreMag.pk.
Brightex has been already in a partnership with Taiwanese handset giant HTC to sell its smartphones in Pakistan and now the joint venture with Sony will make them the legitimate seller for two heavyweight smartphone brands in the country.
As per to this new partnership, Brightex is going to unveil six latest Sony smartphones in Pakistan very soon. These flagship devices are namely:
• Sony Xperia E3 Dual SIM
• Sony Xperia M2 Dual SIM
• Sony Xperia M2 Aqua
• Sony Xperia C3 Dual SIM
• Sony Xperia Z3 Compact
• Sony Xperia Z3 Dual SIM
This collaboration is going to mark a major breakthrough to Brightex career, whose earlier partnership with HTC had not been to the expectations of the company. HTC’s stubbornness to produce expensive smartphones like several Desire handsets and the HTC One had seen Brightex’s market share slashed from 18% to less than 1%.
The joint venture with Sony is anticipated to bolster the company who is quietly optimistic about their performance in the upcoming years.
